Who we are
After visiting multiple practices where it felt like the bottom line was the only thing that mattered, I reached a breaking point. It seemed like some dentists cared more about their profits than the people they were meant to serve. Some were just plain insincere. I was tired of jumping from one office to another. Then, I found the one doctor who truly communicated with me. I paid more for a single tooth, but to this day, that tooth has never caused me any issues.

Meet the Founder
Doctor Mena E. Youssef
Dr. Youssef graduated from the prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, where he earned the distinction of being the youngest male doctor in his class. But his journey didn’t stop at graduation — he has since completed numerous post-graduate continuing education courses in advanced restorative, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry, choosing to master more than just the basics.
Driven by a deep belief that dentistry should be honest, human, and patient-first, Dr. Youssef created No BS DDS not just as a dental office — but as a movement. His mission is to set a new standard in dental care, one where patients are treated the way he would want to be treated: with clarity, respect, and no pressure.
No BS DDS stands as an example for the future of dentistry — blending transparency, high-level care, and cutting-edge techniques — with the ultimate goal of reshaping the dental experience for patients everywhere.

Amy C.
Amy is the friendly face who welcomes all of our incoming patients. From the very first meeting, her professionalism, warmth, and impeccable manners made it clear she belonged on our team. She brings with her a background where success and excellence are the standard, and it shows in the way she carries herself every day. With her great energy and naturally social personality, Amy makes every patient feel right at home — and we absolutely love having her with us.
Gabi S.
Gabi is our firecracker — a true go-getter with an unstoppable drive. She hustles with everything she does and has such a strong passion for dentistry that we wouldn’t be surprised to see her become a dentist herself one day. Patients love her warm personality and contagious laugh, and many have shared how great their experience was with her. While she’s known for being a talker, that’s exactly what helps patients feel comfortable and cared for. The office simply wouldn’t be the same without Gabi’s energy and spirit.
Kelsey M.
Kelsey may be the youngest member of our team, but she’s already a natural talent in dentistry. Her kindness and curiosity shine through in everything she does, and her skill with dental X-rays is truly next level. Though she’s our “baby” of the office, Kelsey handles every task with maturity and professionalism — always taking care of business with a smile.
